Cody Bartlow has been the head coach of Midland University's women's soccer program since 2021. In his first two years in the program Midland has won 21 games.

Prior to coming to taking the helm of the Warriors’ program, he served as the assistant women's coach at Southwestern Christian in Bethany, Oklahoma. Prior to that, Bartlow served as both the athletic director and head soccer coach for the boy's and girl's teams at Coram Deo Academy (CDA), a private Christian school in Flower Mound, Texas. While there from 2015 to 2020, he won five district championships, advanced to a pair of state semifinals, and earned two district coach of the year awards (2018-20). With over two decades of soccer coaching experience, he has also coached track and field. In 2018, he led CDA to the TAPPS State Championship.

Coach Bartlow also coached club in the North Texas area for North Texas Celtic, Sting, DKSC, and Ft. Worth FC. Coach Bartlow served as an assistant women's soccer coach for Northwood University (2012-13). In 2011 Bartlow assisted Dallas Baptist University's (DBU) women's soccer team.

He graduated from DBU with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Interdisciplinary Studies, a Master of Education in Kinesiology, and a Master of Arts in Sport Management. He currently holds a C License from the United States Soccer Federation.
